brightonSEO is a search marketing conference and series of training courses held once a year in the US and twice a year in the UK.
Each edition attracts thousands of professionals to a celebration of SEO. With expert speakers, attendees from 100 countries, focused training courses, social events and networking activities for whatever you are into - it has become the event to be at for the search marketing community.
How did it all begin?
The short answer? In a room above a pub.
The longer answer is that 15 years ago brightonSEO founder, Kelvin Newman, gathered a group of people together (in a room above a pub in Brighton, UK) to meet, learn and discuss all things SEO. One thing led to another, larger rooms were needed and it has grown to become one of the most popular and respected SEO conferences in the world. In 2023, Kelvin and the team launched brightonSEO in San Diego to bring the SEO joy stateside.
